I have trained Martial Arts on and off most of my life. I hold a yellow belt in Tai Chuan Tao, trained one year of Greaco/Roman, a brown belt in Shotokan and have trained JKD and MMA(Muay Tai and Submission Wrestling) since 2007.

"@falcon; plausible BUT if a choke is administered absolutely perfectly (very difficult and rare in real life) it takes four seconds to interrupt consciousness once blood flow to the brain in stopped. I didn't count last night but as long as it wasn't any quicker than that it could have been real. I'm really not sure what the legs mean though. "

Jacare may not have fought the best guy but his skill is evident. He is top ten all day and a fight between Vitor and him would be great.

"Chael still ***** at sub defense. Wandi is a bjj black belt. I doubt he would take this route but if Wandi decided to work on nothing but bjj for his camp he would sub Chael in the first round."
