"Watch the Diaz interview. Let me sum it up for you. I don't want to make excuses all day but..... Had a bad training camp. No one had faith in me. The Canada thing was hard. My sleep was off. I didn't feel right. I didn't wake up until 4th or 5th. He knew what I was going to do because of photographers."

"I wonder how Bisping feels about knees to the head of a downed opponent? There are lots of things we could crucify fighters for like Aldo's grabbing the fence in order to prevent getting taken down in the Mendez fight. Or even Fedor's grabbing the ropes and gaining position in the Lindland fight that took place in Russia. This kind of stuff gives a very immediate and definite advantage, but is rarely meet with anything more than a verbal warning that seems to be forgotten very quickly. Regardless of Vitor's past he is following the rules now. Let's move on. "

"It was very clear in all the articles that it was a kind of a "a friend of a friend of a friend told me" type claim. Not sure why GSP was catching so much grief over that kind of garbage especially when Silva is on record for saying he would want half of the UFC to fight Jones."
