I live in OKC but I work in North Dakota. I'm flying back home today. Bout to hit the ground running to help as much as I can.

"All in all I think you have a well thought out list. I think Jon Jones is a little high for the same reason you bumped up Frankie. Jones weighs in at 205 at the weigh ins but probably close to 230 during the fight. He's way bigger and longer than everyone he fights. I will give him top 5 because of his record and who he has beaten but I can't rank him too high in the "P4P" list. I like AS at 1 because he has dominated his weight class and has fought above his impressively. I like GSP at 2 because out of everyone I think he has fought the best competition."

"Super good question. For me it would be the yellow card. Stalling is a really big thing that is holding this sport back. How many of us have friends that don't like watching because of the holding and hugging? I definitely hate it. I love watching guys work for position on the ground. I love the smooth transitions and sub attempts but seriously what do rabbit punches accomplish? If you're on top and are just throwing pillow punches just to look busy, you should get a yellow card. I'm sorry but I think people should actually fight when they are I the cage. No I don't mean just street brawling but fighters should have to engage at some point during fights. "
