UFC on FOX 12 Fighter Salaries: Four Can Bank $100,000 In San Jose

The UFC usually releases fighter salaries after events have taken place. However, the numbers for each competitor at tonight’s (Sat., July 26, 2014) UFC on FOX 12 from the SAP Center in San Jose, California, have already been made public and it’s looking like there is potential for some big paydays at the pivotal event.

In a time here fighter pay is an oft-discussed and hotly debated topic, four fighters will be able to bank a six-figure salary from San Jose. This group of athletes is lead by no. 1-ranked welterweight Robbie Lawler, who could ban $210,000 if he defeating Matt Brown in the evening’s main event.

Despite pulling out of three of his last four fights, Antonio Rogerio Nogueira can somehow make $188,00 if he defeats the rising Anthony “Rumble” Johnson in the card’s co-main event. “Lil’ Nog” makes a base salary of $114,000. For his part, Johnson can push his salary over six figures to $106,000 if he defeats “Minotouro” as most are predicting him to do.
