Gabriel Benitez simply outclassed Jason Knight.

Jason Knight wasted little time throwing leather. Benitez went to the inside leg kicks. He got pelted with a punch that sent him off balanced. Knight went for a takedown. Time was called and it looked like Benitez’s left hand was messed up.

One point was deducted from Knight for biting his opponent’s finger. Knight denied doing so. Knight pressed his opponent against the fence. Benitez wound up in top control, but it was brief. Benitez connected with a clean left hand. He stuffed another takedown. The round ended with Benitez landing a combination.

Benitez kept connecting early in the second stanza. He landed a leg kick that got his opponent off balanced. Knight scored a takedown. Benitez landed two left hands when the two stood back up. He then connected with a leg kick.

Time was called for an accidental eye poke to Benitez. When time resumed, Benitez caught a kick and took his opponent down. He taunted his opponent to stand back up. Benitez rocked Knight and had him stumbling back towards the fence. Round two was all Benitez.

A clean head kick was there for Benitez early in the final frame. Knight went for a takedown, but was shoved down. A combination was there for Benitez. A left hand found the mark for Benitez. Benitez went for a knee and wound up in full mount. He rained down elbows. Knight went for a heel hook, but time ran out.
