Considering Jason Macdonald broke his leg in 2 places im not sure why he is even an option here ?
Ya Macdonald won't be fighting for a bit, hopefully the UFC gives him another fight, afterall he took that fight just two weeks after his last fight.
As for Belcher he should get the winner of Bisping/Miller or Akiyama/SIlva, Marquardt would be a good fight but he's got a fight lined up already and the UFC doesnt like setting up a guy on a winning streak agains a guy coming off a loss (unless that loss was a title shot)

I would say the winner of Silva/Akiyama, not Bisping/Miller. Belcher is a level up from Bisping/Miller at this time in my opinion.
