UFC 174: Johnson vs. Bagautinov Extended Video Preview
UFC 174 is set to go down on Saturday, June 14, 2014, live at 10 p.m. EST on pay-per-per-view (PPV) from the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
The event is groundbreaking in that it will feature the first-ever UFC flyweight main event when champion Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson puts the belt on the line against No. 1 contender Ali “Puncher King” Bagautinov.
But that’s not all that is at stake in Vancouver.
No. 2-ranked welterweight Rory MacDonald will battle No. 3 Tyron Woodley in a pivotal bout that will give the winner an inside track towards a title shot (but not get them there).
Other action features the return of former UFC heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski, who will face TUF 10 veteran Brendan “The Hybrid” Schaub, and a light heavyweight slugfest between power hitters Ryan Bader and Rafael Cavalcante.
