UFC 169 is now in the rear view mirror, and the Featherweight and Bantamweight titles remain in the Nova Uniao camp. Jose Aldo battered Ricardo Lamas for five rounds with his relentless Muay Thai and wrestling. The main event of Renan Barao and Urijah Faber was a little more short lived.

Faber was rocked twice early on, but protested the stoppage by referee Herb Dean after Barao was seen to appeal for the end of the fight. We won’t know what would have happened had that fight continued, but Faber took it like the classy sportsman that he is.
