Their discussion revolves around the exact moment when you face your opponent at the outside of a high-level MMA fight. Mir has an interesting prospect on his pre-fight thoughts, choosing only to live in the moment. Mir also described the standup help his father has provided him with. Jon Jones discusses his view, saying that he enjoys the moment but can't usually hear his coaches. The Iceman not surprisingly has a simple, solemn view on his focusing technique. The video features a more lighthearted side of these titleholders not usually seen on pay-per-view.
