UFC 204 Embedded Episode 3
UFC 204 is a few days away and the third episode of UFC 204 Embedded was released on the UFC’s YouTube channel. In the episode, middleweight champion and creative driver Michael Bisping makes his way back home to Clitheroe for a walk down memory lane. Title challenger Dan Henderson dines on food he carried with him across the pond and gears up for his bout. Back in Manchester, Bisping has a high-energy training session with coach Jason Parillo and fellow UFC fighter Lorenz Larkin. Henderson takes a city tour and struggles with his soccer skills and more.

UFC 204 takes place on Saturday, October 8 in Manchester, England. The UFC Fight Pass prelims start at 6:30PM/3:30PM ETPT with four bouts while the FOX Sports 1 prelims air at 8PM/5PM ETPT with four bouts. The main card (PPV) airs at 10PM/7PM ETPT with four bouts.
