UFC 149: Faber vs. Barao In-Depth Preview Video
Posted on July 14, 2012, 10:17 AM by Anton GurevichNext weekend, Urijah Faber and Renan Barao will square off for the Interim UFC Bantamweight title, headlining UFC 149 fight card in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, The winner will get a chance to challenge the reigning champion - Dominick Cruz, who's currently recovering from a knee injury.
Also on the card, Hector Lombard makes his long-anticipated UFC debut, facing Tim Boetsch in the co-main event. Octagon veteran Cheick Kongo will fight Shawn Jordan, while Chris Clements and Matt Riddle open the main card action with their welterweight clash.
Up until its current form, UFC 149 fight card had no less than 10 changes due to injuries. UFC President Dana White has recently labeled UFC 149 as "the craziest card of all time":
"I'd say this one wins," White said. "This is the winner. We lost nine to injury and we had to move two other fights. So I would say, yes, this was the craziest card of all time." (MMAjunkie.com)

Barao all the way !
Barao is a beast and he looks unstopable but if anyone can derail his train it's Urijah in this division. I think Dominick would be in more trouble than Urijah as I believe Urijah is more able to endure punishment and still fight like a madman. I feel if Urijah Faber loses that Dominick will too. I am pulling for the kid though and feel he has the experience to win.
