TUF Nations Finale Open Workout Highlights

The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) Nations Finale is set go down on tomorrow night (Wed., April 16, 2014), airing live at 7 p.m. EST on FOX Sports 1 from the Colisee Pepsi in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. Featuring a bad blood-fueled middleweight main event between Michael Bisping and Tim Kennedy, Canadian fans will witness the awaited return of “The Count.””

TUF Nations coaches Patrick Cote and Kyle Noke will return from long layoffs to square off in the welterweight co-main event, while both the inaugural 170 and 185-pound Nations contracts will be awarded.

Knockout striker Chad Laprise will meet touted grappler Olivier Aubin-Mercier for the welterweight contract. Aubin-Mercier spoke up at the open workouts to rate his excitement level at “69/10” for the Finale. Surging middleweights Sheldon Westcott and Elias Theodorou will square off for the middleweight contract in a bout of similarly dangerous fighters.

Rounding out the event’s main card, talented No. 6-ranked featherweight will take on TUF Alum Akira Corassani in the evening’s opening bout.
