Episode four of The Ultimate Fighter 19 went down last night, as Team Edgar looked to put their first win on the board with Dhiego Lima. The episode itself had a few points to pick up on, most notable is hearing Team Penn coach Mark Coleman shouting ‘I want to see somebody throw up’ during a training session.

Matt Van Buren talked some trash and proved he is probably ‘that guy’ for this season, Chris Fields doesn’t seem too impressed by it, and Dhiego Lima talks about the time he and his older brother Douglas saw Quinton Jackson get knocked out by Wanderlei Silva in Pride FC (jealous?). WSOF boss Ray Sefo was floating around backstage.

This week’s fight featured the aforementioned Lima against Team Penn’s Tim Williams. Interesting fact of the day? Tim Williams had to pull out of his debut fight (against current middleweight champion Chris Weidman) that was scheduled go down in 2008, because of suffering a brain aneurysm.

Lima looks big at 185 pounds, but the first round is all Williams. Both men exchange wildly on the feet in the opening round, with Williams going for the early takedown and getting Lima against the fence. Williams rocks his man with elbows, dumps him to the mat and is smothering Lima for fun. Frankie Edgar is trying to give instruction, but Lima seems oblivious. Williams takes Lima’s back and works for the choke, opting to occasionally land some bombs from dominant position. The round ends convincingly for Williams.

They exchange at the opening of the second round, and again it’s Williams in for a takedown. This time Lima seems more on the ball, he stands back up. A second takedown attempt is stuffed by Lima, and he land a few good punches on Williams. Both guys breathing heavy and Williams looks as though he may have been hurt by a left hand. As he shoots for a takedown, Lima spins beautifully and takes Williams’ back. The younger brother of the Bellator welterweight champion sinks in a rear naked choke submission, forcing the tap from the exhausted Williams. Great fight!

Team Edgar finally gets a win on the board as Lima submits Williams, they regain control and pick Cory Anderson to go up against Josh Clarke on next week’s show.
