Court McGee is the new Ultimate Fighter; Defeats Kris McCray via the Second Round Rear Naked Choke

Court McGee finished an unbelievable journey from a hopeless drug addict to becoming the new Ultimate Fighter.  McGee dominated McCray during the most parts of the fight with exceptional wrestling gameplan, which prevented from Kris McCray to take advantage with his relatively better striking.

Court McGee's wrestling was second to none in this fight, as he outwerestled McCray in both clinch and ground positions. Kris McCray had his chance for victory at the end of the first round during the savage trade between the two, but McGee managed to weather the storm. Court McGee looked in a much better shape after a call for the second round, a sign of things to come from the inspirational Utah-native.

After getting himself for another time into the full mount position, Kris McGee gave up his back and allowed McGee to quickly work his Rear Naked Choke attempt. McGee did not need much time to get his underhooks and force McCray to tap out at 3:41 minutes of Round 2. The way McGee achieved his victory designated a wonderful preparation at Chuck Liddell's "Pit", a well-executed gameplan with a wonderful result.

Speaking at his post-fight interview, a very emotional Court McGee thanked his teammates at The Pit and dedicated the famous victory to his family and the coach Chuck Liddell. McGee improves his record to 10-1, and surely has a very bright future ahead of him in the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
