That's my opinion. Overtime, I think he went from being a pretty cool guy, pretty humble, to being about as arrogant as I can handle. He's so cocky, he seems like really, so disingenuous and just blah, just not my flavor of a human being, that's all.
I even told Joe Silva, if Jon Jones is talking about going to heavyweight, I'd love to welcome Jon Jones to the heavyweight division. TUF 10 cast member Matt Mitrione shares his thoughts on Jon Jones' UFC 151 drama. It seems as the reigning UFC Light Heavyweight champion is slowly becoming a persona non grata among his fellow UFC luchadores. Jones will have a chanc to prove critics wrong, facing Vitor Belfort at UFC 155, on September 22nd.
Matt Mitrione went 5-0 in the UFC, before losing to Cheick Kongo back at UFC 137. "Meathead" will face Philip de Fries on December 29th at UFC 155 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

I'm actually started watching Tuf season 10 lately, Matt was as douchey as you can get on tht show - screaming "come on mother f'er lets go" at his teammates in anger.. Even flexing on Rashad and milking every injury.

If Jones really does take this fight in the future. Id bet anything Matt would win. Jones is always talking about going up in weight...he don't belong in heavyweight. Matt would kick those skinny little chicken legs on Jones and eventually tko Jones. Jones can't even tko a light heavyweight. And mark my words. The first heavyweight to land a punch on Jones will knock him out. Can you imagine pat berry snapping Jones leg in half with let kicks.
Cheick Kongo outwrestled Mitrione. Let me say that one more time so everyone can understand where I'm going with this. Cheick Kongo; the guy that gets outwrestled by Travis Browne, Heath Herring, and Cro Cop (before he gassed) took Matt down almost easily.
I like Matt, but he is a volume punching HW with takedown defense that was exposed in his last fight. There's even a video out there that shows Jonny Hendricks punches harder than him.
At least Irvin had a punchers chance against Silva. Mitrione would be nothing but fodder.

Chael started calling out Anderson when he was only a bit closer to a title shot than Matt would be now. It ended up being kinda funny at times, but he still gave Silva a scrap, so I thought it was highly entertaining.
