UFC Welterweight contender Martin Kampmann has been quite outspoken as of late, stating that GSP should thank him for beating all the tough guys at 170 lbs. Now he must face another very tough opponent at UFC 154 in November for a proposed title shot. In a video from UFC.com, he pulls no punches in stating that he is looking for an emphatic finish over Hendricks to prove his point and get that elusive title shot. Kampmann did just that in a comeback win over Jake Ellenberger last June, it will be tough to deny him his shot should he finish the top-level Hendricks. Although he acknowledges the great power of his opponent, Kampmann seems quite confident heading into the pivotal bout.

Im sorry but I cant see this happening. He is one hell of a fighter and by no means a weak link in the devision but I cant help but think he has been lucky in his last two fights. Dont get me wrong he weathered the storms and came back but this happening for the third time on the trot is hard to imagain. I think hendrix is also out to stop this from happening to him so i see a KO victory for Hendrix.

I disagree, I think Kampmann has been the most underrated fighter in the UFC for a long time now. He has beaten Condit, Ellenberger, Alves, what more can this guy do?
