Josh Koscheck: Cesar Gracie is calling for me to fight Nick Diaz, don't be scared homie!

Former UFC Welterweight title challenger, Josh Koscheck, revealed on Twitter that he was offered the fight with Nick Diaz on SuperBowl weekend. In a traditional Koscheck manner, the AKA product declared that he's up for the challenge with Nick Diaz's famous "don't be scared homie" taunt.

Josh Koscheck went on a two-fight win streak after losing to Georges St. Pierre at UFC 124, with victories over Matt Hughes and Mike Pierce. Unfortunately for Kos, his run ended with a Split Decision loss to Johny Hendricks, who's now one fight away from becoming the next number one contender.

Koscheck was originally scheduled to face Jake Ellenberger at UFC 151, the event that never happened, but was forced to pull out of the fight due to injury. Koscheck suffered a bulging disc in his back, but now it looks like the veteran is getting closer to declaring himself 100% to step inside the Octagon.

Here's Josh Koscheck's original tweet:

    That he does!

    Kos by easy unanimous decision

(As long as he doesn't try to stand....which seems like a lot to ask for from him nowadays)

How is this retard still in UFC? He's lost to every top contender he's faced. A stepping stone in the division at best, Why would this douche get to lose to another top contender? His last 2 knockout victories were over Matt Hughes and Frank Trigg. I would prefer to see Diaz fight someone he can benefit from beating.

If a fighter beats Kos, he is title contender worthy. It's been that way for a while.

Kos is the elite gatekeeper of all gatekeepers. He can beat anyone, on any given day, except for the champion. (GSP)

Much like Nick Diaz.... so quit hating.

Agreed. He also beat Hendricks, in my opinion he was robbed.

Agree with you on that too. Close fight but I thought Kos did enough to get the nod.

Awesome fight and much more fit to Diaz than facing the Goat.

Not a good idea by Gracie. This is a fight Diaz could most certainly lose, and Koscheck isn't even top 5 anymore.

Not only a fight Diaz could lose, it would probably be a lay and pray loss.

Diaz has a history losing to strong grapplers that don't have decent sub defense.

If Nick can't catch him with a sub, it's probably Koscheck's fight

I am not a fan of Koscheck as a person, but he is a good fighter and an excellent wreslter.

There is no way Nick Diaz will stop Koscheck from taking him down--Koscheck has taken down GSP on more than one occasion.

So what it boils down to is--can Nick sub Koscheck from guard--or get back to his feet?

Nick's tactic of 'walking down' opponents while throwing leather won't work with a great wrestler who can change levels in a blink.

This is a tough style matchup for Nick--but he might as well get the experience since the WW division top five is stacked with great wrestlers.

If you're going to put a wrestler up against Diaz it has to be Fitch. You people are retarded, Koshcheck has never done anything and Diaz has nothing to gain from putting a beating on this loser. I would rather see him beat fitch up for 5 rounds. Koscheck is famous for the same reason chael sonnen is, dumbass ****riding american loser fans who like fighters for their wwe personalities not their fighting ability.

Look you insecure degenerates. I wasn't dissing america or americans. You over sensitive little girls. I said the reason sonnen and koscheck are popular is because of dumb americans who **** ride these idiots for no reason. It's the same people who chant random USA chants at sporting events for no reason at all. We don't start chanting CAN A DA every time GSP steps in the octagon you morons.

    So Riptistic,

    Sounds like you're saying that myself and others are responsible for your poor communication. I find it interesting that you would use the term moron, as it's probably quite accurate when you self apply the label... Let's take a look;

A person of mild mental retardation having a mental age of from 7 to 12 years and generally having communication and social skills enabling some degree of academic or vocational education. Unfortunately Riptistic this term belongs to a classification system no longer in use....

Of course I won't call you a moron for using a word which fails to charachterize anything other than the people using such outdated labels....

But seriously, why would a guy as smart as you say such silly names??? Do you need a hug?
