UFC: Macau combatants Cung Le, Thiago Silva, Takanori Gomi and Mac Danzig earned $40,000 bonus money for their performances inside the Octagon in Macau, China.

Cung Le knocked out Rich Franklin to earn his KO of the Night bonus, while Thiago Silva submitted Stanislav Nedkov with a perfectly executed arm-triangle choke, to get Submission of the Night award. Le and Silva had absolutely zero competition for their awards, since those two were the only finishes on the card. Two out of nine.

The Fireball Kid Takanori Gomi got his 40k for the back and forth clash with Mac Danzig. Gomi won via a Split Decision, while many believed Mac Danzig did enough to get the victory. Tiequan Zhang and John Tuck went to war in another FOTN-worthy bout, but 40k went to Danzig and Gomi.

I hope the IFC doesn't wait a year before going back to China

and along the way they need to sigh 4-5 good Chinese (not Japanese, Korean etc) prospects per weight class

if they are going to have a market there
