Chris Lytle faces a tough challenge in Brian Foster at UFC 110

Chris Lytle(27-17-5) is known for never being submitted or knocked out in any of his fights, but all this could change on Saturday at UFC 110 in Sydney Australia. Lytle who has won 6 UFC fight-night bonuses in his last 9 fights is facing Brian Foster who is coming off a surprise 2nd round TKO win over Brock Larson.Foster (13-4) has never seen a judges scorecard in all 13 of his fights by stopping every opponent.

This is an impressive achievement considering he has faced Josh Koscheck,Marcus Davis, Thiago Alves, Matt Hughes, Robbie Lawler and Nick Diaz among others. With a 5-3 Record from his past 8 fights, including a victory over Kevin Burns at TUF 9 finale last June and two fights that he lost earned him fight of the night awards. Despite many good fights and the runner up spot on TUF 4, 15 UFC fights ,4 submission of the night and 1 KO of the night awards in the UFC he Lytle has never received legitimate status as a 170lb title contender. Lytle says he is happy to be put in against a striker and promises fireworks from the start in the prelim-card fight.
