Newly-crowned UFC Lightweight champion, Ben Henderson, shared his thoughts about this weekend's UFC 150 fight with Frankie Edgar, and some of the critique directed towards "The Answer". Henderson defended Edgar, stating that he's a serious threat, and one of the best pound-for-pound fighters ont he planet. Speaking about his preparations for the fight, Henderson noted that he's used to train at high altitude, and will be more than ready for Frankie Edgar on Saturday night.

Ben Henderson also participated in the official UFC 150 open workout session, demonstrating his basketball skills.

True but the point is you didn't see everyone and his mother agreeing withit and encouraging it online. And you didn't see White saying it over and over in interviews.

Define "awhile". I don't think he did until he lost his belt, but if you can find a link I stand corrected.

Nice? And humble too, right? He's only gonna defend his belt as many times as Anderson..... wait for it.... plus one more!!

It's been talked about everywhere since Frankie lost to Gray in their first fight. That was over 4 years ago. He's severly undersized for the weight class. It only makes sense that it's talked about a little bit more when one of the main reasons he lost the title was how much size he gave up to Ben.

Since he lost the belt, right? Show me links that said he "should" move down while he was defending his belt- I think you guys are wrong cause it certainly was not the talk of the 'net world or White while he was kicking ass at 155 for all those fights. He was praised by all on high until he lost to Ben.

He defended the belt twice with wins. One was in a rematch against Penn which plenty of people thought he lost in the first fight. The second was in a fight he KO'd Maynard. His other title fight was a match plenty thought he lost to Gray.

However, here is one example from Mr. White himself:

    There's more than this too.

I don't likes dis guy..... Frankie can take the belt back, I believe he will. Then Benson can get humiliated by Pettis once again.

that fight was one of the best of all times, hardly a humiliation to lose by that close of a margin.... and who the hell was going to expect someone to flying ninja kick you off the side of a cage?!?!?!?

It is humiliating because although it was a close decision, that Showtime kick moment will be on MMA highlight reels for all eternity, and last time I checked he was on the receiving end. Add that to the fact that Benson is a ****y momma's boy who could be two weight classes above Frankie, and well, you get the idea...

Sounds like Benson had a threesome with your mom and sister, then tied you up and made you watch it.

whats with all the "poor" being clicked on this...another example of people clicking on the article title, not actually watching the interview. Ben said nothing negative about frankie.
