there are no health benefits to drinking youre own urine it has been tested and proved beyond any doubt. although urine does contain salts vitamins and minerals they are only the excess that your body cannot process so it expells them drinking them again would be pointless becuase your body already has the maximum amount it can process and would simply expel them again putting unnessary strain on your liver. the ammonia in urine has been used as a teeth whitener for thousands of years
