Vladimir Matyushenko out of UFC 133 bout with Alexander Gustafsson
Posted on July 15, 2011, 03:14 AM by Anton GurevichAccording to official statement on UFC.com, Vladimir Matyushenko was forced to pull out of UFC 133 bout with "The Mauler" Alexander Gustafsson due to an injury. UFC 130 main eventer Matt Hamill will step in to replace "The Janitor":
"For the second time this week, an injury has knocked a light heavyweight off the UFC 133 fight card. Dana White announced today that Vladimir "The Janitor" Matyushenko has been forced to withdraw from his scheduled fight against Swede Alexander "The Mauler" Gustafsson.
Stepping in for The Janitor will be fellow wrestler Matt "The Hammer" Hamill, who last faced Quinton "Rampage" Jackson in the main event of UFC 130. Hamill and Gustafsson have verbally agreed to the August 6 matchup."
The fight between Hamill and Gustafsson will be aired LIVE on SpikeTV, alongside the Featherweight collision between Rani Yahya and the top contender Chad Mendes. All preliminary bouts, such as Nam Phan vs. Mike Brown and Dennis Hallman vs. Brian Ebersole will be aired on Facebook.

they should have put phan vs brown on spike. No1 wants to see mendes lay on Yahya for 15 minutes
Or did the events before never go down like this? I can't recall injurys interfering with cards but I was a young fan so who knows. But it seems these cards are constently changing nowadays the posters should just have two question marks and say well see who's available !
