Vitor Belfort UFC 133 Video Blog (Part 1)
Posted on July 26, 2011, 07:05 AM by Anton GurevichAfter losing to Anderson "The Spider" Silva in the first round at UFC 126, "The Phenom" Vitor Belfort will return this Saturday in UFC 133 co-main event bout against Yoshihiro Akiyama. The fight against the Japanese superstar will mark Belfort's 14th bout inside the Octagon, and his second as UFC Middleweight.
Vitor Belfort currently holds a professional MMA record of 19-9, with notable victories over Rich Franklin, Matt Lindland, Randy Couture and many others.

you always get some crazy old phool getting a fighter doing some ridiculous training that is so unique you will become a world champ from it! stick to the basics vitor! i dont think you will need to slap your feet against your hands in the cage. lol
GN's getting real popular in brazil, it's a form of body conditioning that's supposed to help greatly with reflexes and hand eye coordination. The big selling point is that it conditions the body by making you move in a natural way your body is supposed to move in. A lot of crawling, jumping, stretching, etc.. It's a damn good workout too
