Video Blog: Fabricio Werdum prepares for UFC 147 fight with Mike Russow
Posted on June 18, 2012, 06:12 PM by Anton GurevichMMA veteran Fabricio "Vai Cavalo" Werdum will meet Mike Russow in the main event of UFC 147 in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, with sights on solidifying his place in the mix for a shot at the UFC Heavyweight title. Werdum made his return to the UFC with an impressive performance against Roy Nelson, and will be looking to make another statement against Russow, who's currently on a five-fight winning streak inside the Octagon. The Brazilian currently trains at Kings MMA in Huntington Beach, California, under the patronage of Master Rafael Cordeiro.

Not 100% but I think that fast bit of speech at the beginning included the phrase "va foda". For those who don't know any Portuguese, it basically means "f\/(k off".
