Comments
two notes:
Cant believe the WEC fighters are getting paid next to nothing...
AND
Chris Lytle looks like Randy Orton in that pic
WEC guys get paid less because they are new to the company it wouldn't make sense to pay the new guys as much as you pay the guys who have been fighting for you for years
ahem...James Toney
One word-- Rip-off...
I'll beat you up for a buck.
That is just the tip of the iceberg. After sponsors and endorsements, they make a lot more than that. And, with this economy, it is a lot better than most people make nowadays.
I'm wondering how a WEC champion(Ben Henderson) who defeated another WEC fighter(Cerrone) gets paid less here.
Trent you have your facts a bit mixed upChris Lytle: $200,000 (includes $35,000 win bonus, $65,000 Fight of the Night bonus, $65,000 Submission of the Night bonus)
def. Dan Hardy: $90,000 (includes $65,000 Fight of the Night bonus)
So Lytle made 200k and a Harley, not bad for 15 minutes work haha. Yes i know they train for months lol
definetly not submission of the night, that was just given to him since he is retiring,
Geez Alex Caceres sucks so bad he didn't even get paid...
added that one
alex caceres doesn't suck, that was an entertaining fight
agreed, he actually looked pretty fluid in the few moments he was shining, maybe work on cardio a little more...
