Diaz dominated his opponent en route to an impressive submission victory towards the end of round 2. Cesar Gracie product will now face the winner of Henderson vs. Edgar rematch, which will take place later this year. Nate Diaz is now 16-7 in his professional Mixed Martial Arts career.

Awesome main card, they had a bit of everything:
- Two heavyweights throwing hard at each other and ending in a vicious striking KO.
- Incredible technical grappling and BJJ battle round ending in a G&P KO.
- Grind between two stud wrestlers with some great striking exchanges, not the best fight on the card but still interesting between two guys very close in skill.
- Final bout ended in a good war with one guy taking over and finishing with a nasty submission.
That. Was. Awesome.
