UFC Fight Night 24 Final Numbers: Nogueira earns $90,000

The Washington State Department of Licensing has released the final figures for the UFC Fight Night 24 event, with former PRIDE veteran Antonio Rogerio Nogueira leading the way as the card's top earner.

A sellout crowd of 14,212 fans were in attendance at the Key Arena in Seattle, Washington Saturday, generating a live gate of $1,182,850.

While Nogueira was by far the event's highest paid competitor, any undisclosed bonuses (such as Fight of the Night etc.) are not reflected in the figures below.

    you cant make $1,182,850 gate and expect to pay your fighters more then what you make, why you think alot of other promotions failed. the truth is this sport is still new and can't afford to pay fighters what they deserve because its not as big as people make it seem to be.



    More people watched last years SuperBowl then ever all the fights from UFC 1 - UFC 128 combined. One day of football > views then 18 years of the UFC

    it annoys me when the winner gets a shitty paycheck, why should davis get 56 thou less than nog :|

    stupid contracts..

    fighters of the same bout should either get a) the same money - we give you both 40 grand for fighting, one of you gets 40 grand for winning. or b) the loser takes the crappy check, and davis gets the 90 grand
