jds has the toughest hands in mma. the guy does nothing but punch people in the face, yet i dont think hes ever suffered a major hand injurury in any of his ufc fights.

I was wondering if he was gonna have an injury or not. He mentioned in the post fight interview in the cage that he knew Mir was tough, since he hit him so much he hurt his hands. Could be that he was just being nice lol. After all, it IS JDS.

Wild punches often break hands, proper boxing technique helps avoid that. JDS has good boxing technique. I have boxers fracture on my left hand from not punching square on but hitting on my end knuckles. Now I have to hit square on with my larger 3 knuckles or it breaks easily again.

Right on brother. Usually, it happens when you hit a left hook to the head with your smaller meta carpals. Same punch that broke Uriah Faber's hand in the first round of the Mike Brown fight.

So if you throw your hook, make sure your knuckles are outside and not on top.

Cain probably got an instant medical suspension due to lacerations and blood loss, then they realised it wasn't his blood.

Cro Cop made 250k for each fight and he was not even a champ.

Crocop is a scary dude, with links to special forces assassin training.

Remember when crocop got questioned by US secret service.

This is why Dana had no problems paying 250K

How did dollaway hurt his thumb by laying on top of miller for 3 rounds?

If Cain is out till the end of the year I hope they give JDS a fight before that. Keep the guy active 3-4 fights a year. That might only end up being like 10 minutes total of fighting anyway.
