UFC 143 Pre-Fight Media Package Interviews, Open Workouts, and more

Main event of the night will determine the identity of the Interim UFC Welterweight Champ, while rest of the card entertains with fighters such as Josh Koscheck, Roy Nelson and Fabricio Werdum.

The open workouts seem like a waste of their time. They just dance around with gloves on. They're not training hard at this point and risking an injury anyway.
