UFC 143: Condit vs. Diaz Weigh-In Video and Results
Posted on February 2, 2012, 05:41 PM by Anton GurevichNick Diaz and Carlos Condit step on the scales at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, as part of the official weigh-in procedure ahead of this Saturday's UFC 143 fight card. Diaz and Condit will fight five rounds (or not) for the Interim UFC Welterweight title, with sights on a shot at Georges St. Pierre's undisputed belt later this year.
UFC 143 will entertain with big name fghts such as Roy Nelson vs. Fabricio Werdum, and Josh Koscheck vs. Mike Pierce. The event will start with Dave Herman's return to the cage against the undefeated, 8-0 Clifford Starks.

Diaz sounds incredibly unconfident, I think he realizes what a huge threat Condit is. I'm gonna pick Condit over Diaz by tko, otherwise I would have no idea.
He may be the same before every event, you dont know. We are just now starting to actually see video from Diaz. Maybe hes realistic before every event.
Or he might be a bit intimidated who knows.

this is a fight i wanted to see when they were both champions in their organizations, both legit. now to see them fight in the ufc in a 5 rounder is very exciting. i believe the winner will give gsp a good fight and they both have a good chance of beating him. but first theyre going to beat the shit out of each other. possible fight of the year.
Werd. Having two guys who cleaned out a weight class in smaller promotions going head to head for a title shot (or interim belt in this case) is win-win for everybody. Especially seeing as they are both guys who who push the action. Either will be a great champ imo in their own way. Can't wait!!!
carlos is a dangerous fighter ,but only way i see him winning is by stoppage due to cut. if not nick will end it in the 4th or 5th IMO

Man diaz is such a punk; he couldn't find a way to get to Conduit and took shots all along the way, great win for Carlos.
