UFC 139: Vitor Belfort out, Wanderlei Silva to face Cung Le

The UFC injury bug has struck again and the victim this time is Vitor Belfort. Belfort has been forced from his scheduled UFC 139 bout with Cung Le and replaced by Wanderlei Silva.
UFC President Dana White broke the news via Twitter:
Vitor is injured and out of San Jose fight. Now Cung Le will fight Wandy!
Moving Wanderlei Silva into Belfort spot could be considered a bit of a surprise due to the fact that shortly after his 27-second knockout loss to Chris Leben at UFC 132, White had spoken of having to possibly “Chuck Liddell” the “Axe Murderer” into retirement.
Belfort confirmed his injury via Twitter, but said he would not be out long:

UFC 139 will take place on November 19 from San Jose, CA’s HP Pavilion.

I bet Dana's glad he kept Wand around instead of forcing him out. This will be a good fight. Wand fights similar to Vitor.
I agree that there are some similarities, primarily in that they are both aggressive, but Vitor is a bit more methodical and technical in his approach, which imo would have made for a more interesting fight. Now it will come down to whether or not Le can weather the early storm of hooks and come back with something powerful enough to hurt Wandi. We shall see.

I want Wandy to win this fight, nothing against Le, actually I like him a lot cause his style and agression, but Wandy is a legend and was one of the very best mma fighters of the history, also want to keep watching strikeforce champions losing against the elite of ufc fighters... I don't care if wandy is not at his prime now, he'll be an elite fighter 4 ever
WTF! I'm sorry, but Vitor vs Lee was a GREAT match up and now I'm not so excited. If Cung fights the way we know he can, and Wandy fights the way he has been, this is gonna be bad for the Axe Murderer! Hopefully Wandy is prepared to make a statement in this fight cause I can't stand seeing him get beat up

I really hope wandy doesnt go in crazy and leaves his chin open he needs to fight like he did against bisping, yeah i do think cung lee kicks could be a problem but if wandy lands one good hook to the jaw , goodnight, thats what i want to see.
if wandy gets knocked out again some one has got too force him too retire.
