One of the original Ultimate Fighters, Stephan "The American Psycho" Bonnar, earned his third consecutive victory inside the Octagon, this time defeating Kyle Kingsbury via Unanimous Decision.

Stephan Bonnar enjoyed control from the first minutes of the fight, thanks to superior wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills that ensured a clear dominance throughout the fight. Bonnar gave "Kingsbu" only a few seconds of stand up during the start of each round, before getting on top of the A.K.A. product after a relatively easy takedown.

In the end, one of the judges scored the bout 30-25 in favor of Stephan Bonnar, who improves his MMA record to 14-7. With three consecutive victories, the veteran now finds himself in the mix for a title shot. Phil Davis, anyone?

i completely agree. i loved how rogan called the crowd children when they laughed when bonnar got north-south position for the first time. it was a very entertaining fight, for me at least, because of the jiu-jitsu ground game elements. great fight in my book.

bonnar on a hot streak right now, great performance. 3 wins in a row. i think he is prooving time and time again he is a top 3 LHW. he has definitly earnt a re-match with bones, expecially when he was unlucky with losing in decision last time, i had the fight scored 29-28 for him. 2012 is the year for bonnar to finally get the UFC belt he deserves

Bonnar is not in the mix. He should fight someone like James Te Huna or Ryan Bader.

The first time I saw Bones was in his match with Bonnar. It was the first time that anyone had seen the dynamic unorthodox style of Jones- including Bonnar! Anyway, the Meat and Potatoes style of Bonnar did not match up well with Bones. But he did manage to go the distance with the then unknown Bones. I think he might fare well in a rematch, being a student of the ever evolving sport of MMA; as well as having a fight with him under his belt already. Bonnar may not beat Jones, but it would be a good fight. Won't happen any time soon though.
