UFC 132 LowPick Prize Winner: Anderson Silva's MMA Instruction Manual
Posted on July 5, 2011, 11:58 AM by Joey Santosus
LowKick.com would like to congratulate the user "MereDictum" on winning a brand new copy of pound for pound champ Anderson Silva's book MMA Instruction Manual The Muay Thai Clinch, Takedowns, Takedown Defense, and Ground Fighting.
UFC 132 delivered the fireworks promised last Saturday night from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event was packed full of excitement and upsets, but when the dust settled and the final decision was rendered, MereDictum pulled ahead in the LowPick scores, coming in first place with 322 total points.
Chris Leben's vicious first-round knockout win over Wanderlei Silva and Rafael dos Anjos' ability to upset the highly favored Aussie George Sotiropoulos sealed the victory for MereDictum, who picked a total of nine fights correctly, seven of which were spot on (fighter, method, round).
Thanks to all users who participated by submitting their picks and, as always, keep it locked on LowKick.com for more fun contests and cool prizes!

Thats ok, I will wait for Chael Sonnen's MMA instruction manual.....I will be looking elsewhere for my triangle defense.
That instruction manual would be like:
#1: take steroids
#2: talk smack
#3: Repeat until retired. Ignore all forms of submission training.
No, it would be like:
#1 Train hard
#2 Cut weight
#3 Be a polarizing figure that can back up your talk
#4 Take them down and swing the hammer
#5 If you lose, do whatever you need to do to get back in there and win
#6 Repeat until you are the UFC MW champion
My sympathies if you seriously believe what you just said.
