Edgar by decision- even though Maynard beat him in the past, it was not a dominating victory, and I believe Edgar made some strategic mistakes and will have a better gameplan this time.
Leben by TKO- He's just too tough and experienced for Brian Stann.
Guida by dec- Caveman has better wrestling and Gomi only really has a punchers chance against him.
Vera by TKO- Silva has shown some weakness against taller longer kickboxers like Vera, and Vera is a very experienced fighter (good striking and wrestling). He also beat Couture, in my opinion.
Kim by dec- Kim gets underestimated because he doesn't speak english and not many people notice him. But Kim is a big and strong guy with good striking and unorthodox Judo. I don't really see Diaz having an answer for him.
I agree with most of that. I disagree with your analysis of Silva though. His only losses come from Lyoto Machida who is the same hight as he is and Rashad Evens who is shorter. I think he will likely overpower Vera. On a side note, The only reason the Couture V Vera fight was as close as it was is that the ref broke it up every time Couture got the clinch. Couture won and would have owned him if the ref wasn't retarded. You got me on Kim V Diaz. I have to admit to being among those totally unfamiliar with Kim.
Im going with Frankie because he has the MTV magic touch hahaha
Frankie was on an episode of MTV True Life and in that episode it was his fight vs Maynard where he lost! first and only lost.
After that he has gone undefeated and got the UFC Belt and beat Bj twice!
Pettis was on MTV World of Jenks coming from his only lost also. during the show he got an awesome KO and after that went undefeated and got the WEC Championship Belt.
So im hoping Frankie can pull it off so we can all see an amazing Unified Lightweight Title fight between Frankie vs Pettis!
I've got to go with the champ this time. The first fight was very close until Edgar visably gassed in the third. Edgar has better stand up, better cardio, better wrestling... better everything now. Maynard hasn't really improved. He hasn't hit any obstacles and as a result has kept everything the same. I see the more improved fighter winning.
That isn't what I meant. I meant that Edgar's wrestling is better than it was in their first fight but now that you mention it, The wrestling was pretty close in the first two rounds of the first fight so I would feel comfortable saying that the wrestling should be about even this time. BTW, I never said I didn't like Maynard. I actually like him a lot.
I think I'm going to have to go with Miguel on this one. I'm pulling for Frankie. I love the smaller fighters. He made BJ look slow in their fight so he will probably do the same to Gray this time around. And.... I definetely want to see Pettis and Edgar as opposed to my other option haha.
frankies gonna eat gray up. LnP guys can win 3 rounds, come 5 rounds they gonna get sloppy. Frankie by decision. hes too quick, moves his head too well. maybe hell use his bjj for the first time in his mma career too.
this one is very hard to call but if it does go the 5 rounds (this being what i expect to happen) and they leave it to the judges theres a good chance that Leonard Garcia will be the new lightweight champion
i think maynard will win in a decision, its a tough fight to call but thats how its going down.I think silva will pull it out, knockout, third round, and for leben he will win by knockout in second

I just reread my post. How did you misread that?

If Maynard wins 3 rounds, he is the one who is going to get the decision. Thats how it works.
Maynard for sure!
just listen to the real fighters Henderson, pettis and Velasquez they know what they are talking about!
