Though one does have the feeling that he is fights at this level more because of his obvious star quality than because of his actual fighting skills. I'm not saying that he sucks or anything, only that he probably would not be fighting the top guys unless he was so entertaining and likeable outside the cage.
i was there and watched the whole thing and yes it was a pretty amazin card. and i was in tht crowd cheering unlucky hardy u took it on the chin. congrats bispin
I think he's really been exposed for not being able to fight going backwards. It just frustrates me that they keep giving him guys that he can beat and not tougher competition.
Not really. He has to pay his dues working his way up. He obviously got KTFO by hendo, and so he knows he has to work his way back up again. Very few fighters can fight big name after big name.
In a way it does frustrate me, because people like Liddel have it so tough, they can only enter the octagon with another superstar, and yet people like bisping get to keep fighting low top 10 (If even) opponents. But you have to start somewhere.

Dan Hardy is a total class act. He talks some trash, but always gives credit when it's due.
I'm an even bigger fan of his even after his two losses.
