Ultimate Fighting Championship will travel for the first time in their history to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, to present UFC 115: Liddell vs Franklin. LowKick.com gives you an opportunity to test your MMA knowledge by picking who will win at this highly-anticipated event. Here is a short analysis of the LowKick community's predictions, just four days before the event.

Do not forget to make your picks for the UFC 115: Liddell vs Franklin event. LowPick: MMA Prediction game tutorial can be seen here.

The night will be headlined by the Light Heavyweight showdown between Chuck Liddell and Rich Franklin. Rich Franklin is a slight favorite according to LowPick (subject to change in any moment), with a little bit more than 50% of the votes. LowKick users suggest that Franklin has more tools in his box to defeat Liddell, with 28% voting for TKO and 69% for Submission. As for Liddell, 83% of votes for “The Iceman” predict a TKO victory, with only 16% picked a decision.

Patrick Barry and Mirko Cro Cop will basically fight for their future at the co-main event of the evening, in what is expected to be a second-to-none striking war.  Despite Pat Barry’s relatively unimpressive record, a huge part of LowPick’ers believe that the legkick enthusiast will surprise the Croatian legend. Most of the pickers predict the fight to end via TKO, 75% of Cro Cop voters and 84% of Barry’s.

Martin “The Hitman” Kampmann will look to continue his recovery from a loss to Paul Daley at UFC 103, fighting the dangerous Paulo Thiago. The Brazilian is a big favorite according to LowPick, with 80% of the votes. Most of the Paulo Thiago voters predict a Submission victory, as 42% of Martin Kampmann’s voters think that the Dane will edge a decision. Maybe the fans should know that the both fighters fought the previously unbeaten Jacob Volkmann. Paulo Thiago defeated Volkmann via Unanimous Decision, as Kampmann finished the UFC newcomer via a Guillotine Choke in the First Round.

In the second Main Card Heavyweight attraction, “The Hurricane” Gilbert Yvel will square off against Ben Rothwell. Both fighters are coming off a TKO defeats, and will look to bounce back right into the UFC Heavyweight mix. Yvel is a clear favorite according to LowPick, with a decisive 62% of the votes. A big Majority of Yvel’s voters believe that the Dutchman will win the fight via TKO, as only 12% think that the fight will go to the Decision. Rothwell’s fans are more balanced, with 75% rooting for TKO, 1% for Submission (via strikes?) and 24% claiming that “Big Ben” will win a decision.

In the opening fight of the Main Card, unbeaten Rory MacDonald will face the toughest challenge of his career in the former WEC Welterweight Champion Carlos Condit. MacDonald is currently 10-0 in his MMA career, victimizing Mike Guyman in his UFC debut at Fight Night 20. Despite never going to decision, 50% of MacDonald’s voters believe that the fight against Condit will break the perfect record of 4 Knockouts and 6 Submissions. As for Condit, he is a clear favorite on LowPick with 71% of the votes. 38% expect a Decision victory for “Natural Born Killer”, 37% a Submission and only 24% a TKO.

Yea some of these fights are very tight as far as picks go. Chuck has already went back to being the "favorite" by a pick or two since this was posted and now they have went to dead even!! We wont know who is the "underdog" right up until the time picks close!!

'Stick- you know where to go to check your personal Lowpick stats? I can find the top point contenders but cannot find my own stats, as bad as they must be at this point.

Haha yea, I had that same problem... Just go back under picks, as if you were picking ur fights, and ur score for that event will be there when it is over. As far as I was told there is no "overall" score just yet, but it is coming after we get a couple more events under our belts... Hope this helps!

I like Chuck in this one, they are both top level strikers but Chuck definately packs a lot more power and i think at some point he will catch Franklin and either hurt him and win by TKO or KO him altogether. It's funny because a lot of people have been saying that both these guys have suspect chins due to their last few fights but i happen to think they can both take a pretty good shot really, they've just had some bad performances against top level guys. Neither of these guys know how to put on a "boring" fight so this one should be a barnburner for sure, i still think Chuck by TKO/KO though but we'll see...............great match up......

Oh, very nicely put together piece Anton, good stuff.......

This Saturday night should be a big surprise to many who believe Chuck will not win. The age will not mean much between 35-40 but will be somewhat of an equalizer with five years of youth for Rich and due to the fact Chuck is a much bigger opponent. Rich is a true 185 pounder fighting a true 205 pounder.

Both were champions but they are not meeting at 195 halfway, they are meeting up at 205 which will give Chuck a big advantage size wise. Chuck is the better boxer and is almost never taken down by the greatest wrestlers. People need to realize also when they talk about conditioning will go to Franklin, this could be true if it were a five round fight but its only three rounds. I see no takedowns, and better strikes from a bigger fighter in Chuck. I believe with only three rounds Chuck can get the knockout or score and keep enough distance to win a three round decision. I see Liddell winning Saturday night. USWF
