UFC 111 LIVE Play by Play Commentary, Results and Discussion

UFC Welterweight Champion Georges St. Pierre will defend his belt against the aggressive striker Dan “The Outlaw” Hardy in the main event of the evening, as the Interim Heavyweight Title fight between Frank Mir and Shane Carwin will serve as the co-main event of the evening.
Also, two TOP 10 Welterweights Thiago Alves and Jon Fitch will square off against each other to determine who will continue his path for the second shot at the UFC Welterweight title.
6 ft 3 Welterweight Ben “Killa B” Saunders will face the 24 year old Jake Ellenberger, who replaces the injured Martin “The Hitman” Kampmann for this fight. The only Lightweight bout of the night will see the New Jersey native Jim Miller, who will enjoy local support against the Canadian Mark Bocek in the main card opener of the event.
UFC 111 will be held on March 27th at the sold-out Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

we both picked the same fighters here but i got saunders with tko miller decision nice picks ant.
The last event I got all the fights correct, I hope this one isnt as predictable.
My predictions happen to be the same as yours this time, they were the same last time except you picked Gonzaga lol,,,,,I was hoping for him also, but I pretty much knew he couldnt box with Santos
I believe that Mir has way more tools than Carwin for this fight. Mir will take the submission victory here.... that is my bet.
I agree with you except for the Carwin fight. I don't think he will give Mir a chance to submit him.

Carwin's hands are too consistently scary and the fight starts standing. Alves gotten better since last time he fought Fitch, but just enough not to get ko. GSP to grind out a decision by laying on hardy. Don't think he is going to ko hardy, but if anything hardy will ko him.
People I like to see win is Hardy and Mir (got to have my mir vs lesnar 3).

yup this is one of three im most waiting to c, ufc 111, 112, 113 i really want too c shogun vs. machida that penn i see winning decisively anderson will win, love to watch these guys fight
