What is wrong with you? The smaller guys put on the best fights, these dudes are uber fast, and they actually have stamina. They can go full for 5 rounds, it's amazing. I can't respect you for voicing your opinion.
@TenderRainDrop, I agree, not to mention that Featherweights, Bantemweights etc are arguably the most well rounded fighters in MMA, they can fight anywhere and they have the stamina to back them up and how can you not respect guys like Aldo, Sandro, Faber, Cruz, Torres etc they all can make a case for being in the top ten p4p list
t666...... have you ever watched a ''featherweight'' fight? i suspect you (maybe) haven't...... it is (arguably) the most exciting division to watch in mma.... also there actually is a 125lb called flyweight perhaps you meant that....? in my estimation these lighter divisions were (obviously) made for shorter fighters - if you were 5ft 5' you would struggle to make 155lb etc.
Me and just about everybody else here could spend all day tearing your incredibly ignorant comment to pieces. Its really not even worth getting into it. Do some research before you comment next time.
Do us all a favor and go away. Not only are your comments ridiculous but you can't spell your name and it hurts to read your mindless rants. Are you supposed to be some kind of wannabe gangster?
there are tonnes of legitimate 145 and 135 pound fighters out there that would struggle to fight successfully at 155. your argument just doesnt make sense. why not get rid of 155 while your at it?
if you actually watched anything other than ufc you would see these fighters at lower weights really go at it with extremely fast and exciting fights. this introduction can only be good. there is a chance of a 125 division in the future too i recon.
yeah why not he already has a win over the long time champ faber the smaller weight classes are often the most exciting although i dont belive that the level of competition is the same at 145 as it is at 155
Plus the guy has a lot of muscle on him, i'm sure he can drop to 145 or 135. It might make him quicker and fighting guys that are always bigger then him might give him an edge in strength and wrestling.
I think that would be a great move for him and see if he can regain some life at that weight and make it that much deeper. When I heard WEC was being absorbed I immediately thought of strong competitive fighters who could cut down and deepen that weight class like Griffen, Guida, Stout, Lauzon, Florian if he loses to Dunham or loses a 3rd title shot, Miller, and even Edgar

i dropped 30 IQ points reading this
you my friend, are an IDIOT!!! do yourself and us a favour and stop watching mma...close minded motherf*cker
so you want to change mma to body building guys 5 foot 3 tall weighing 200 pounds
All I have to say to T666 is step in there and tell Jose Aldo that and enjoy the hospital bill that flea gave you

I think thats the right move for Tyson
hes like 5'6'' and he cant be over 165 so 20 lbs to cut is the normal
for fighters these days i mean Kenny is 177lbs normal weight
Diego Sanchez is 180+ and he was fighting at lightweight
Tyson Griffin Featherweight is your right weight class
