Tito Ortiz training for the fight with Rashad Evans (Video)
Posted on August 3, 2011, 06:09 AM by Anton GurevichOnly one month after defeating Ryan Bader at UFC 132, Tito Ortiz returns to action against "Suga" Rashad Evans in the main event of UFC 133 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ortiz will look to prove his superiority over Evans, after the previous encounter between the two at UFC 73 ended in a draw. If victorious, "The Huntington Beach Bad Boy" may find himself in the mix for a shot at the UFC Light Heavyweight title.

I never thought I would say this but I'm rooting for Tito
Giovoni training..Tito Ortiz gi gi gi gi Ortiz... Giovoni training... punishment punishment
same here dude after seeing how pumped he was after winning last time i want him to win to !
and that song in this video is brutal haha
LOL.... Ive always thought him to be douche.....
but I think he was one of the Pioneers and still could be a
champ and at his age phuck yeah I hope he wins has
had alot stacked against him including the ppl he works for
so yeah ....good luck TITO
The technique was nowhere near perfect on those squats...
maybe he was tired when he was doing them
if hes that tired he cant even do good squats then hes in for a long night with rashad
I must say Rashad looks like hes in beastmode. The dude is ripped and ready to roll. Rashad will be too fast for Ortiz. Rashad's stand up movement will be too much for Ortiz's rather stiff movement. And that will be the deciding factor.
I AM! CANNIBAL!
Who ever wrote the lyrics for the song on this video is a GENIUS! :P
He is gonna get knocked the #&*@ out.Don't look so good to me.
Slow pass on the slalom and kicks.Pull ups and push up didn't look so good either, and i think motivation should not come from a coach but heart and willingness to give it ur all,so u can be as ready as you can be.
Kida
I've seen a lot harder training techniques than in this video but i don't suppose we've seen everything he does in training in a 6 minute video clip, it would be naeive to think that. I used to like Tito back in the day, before he got big headed IMO, to me he doesn't seem to be the same fighter as back then either, that ferociousness seemed to fade the brighter his star shone. I hope he's come back down to earth and found that same passion and fierceness he once had but we'll see......
his trainer doesn't really look too convinced when he says "when I have the world title around my waiste again"...me neither. but it'd be a cool upset if he won against rashad...which i doubt as well.
gay ass song, nothing like blowing ur own horn
I can do that.
