this guy doesn't deserve to be back in the ufc. He was getting is ass kicked by zac jensen who was so crap on tuf 10 and just about won with a big knee. not good enuf for the UFC.

I just flat out like Mitrione. There is something about "Meat", that just makes me like him. I think he's a whole lot brighter, funnier, tougher and skilled then many give him credit for. He improves with every fight, he has tons of power and believe it or not, Matt might have the best footwork in the HW division. He is an amazing guy to watch on his feet; he very light, very quick and very mobile. It is really something to watch a man that large, move that well.

I'll pick Matt in this one - handily.

It's weird. Mitrione IS geting a lot of hype. What has he actually done? He is a decent fighter but honestly, I can't think of a single aspect of his game that sticks out. He does have decent footwork but so does Kongo.

He is a very high level athlete. If he had been doing MMA for alot longer he would be a top HW for sure. He isn't great at the moment, but his potential is big.

He is athletic and there is no doubt that he would be better if he had stared earlier but I just don't see him competing at the highest level.

Tim Hague has the unenviable distinction as the one on the business end of the fastest knock-out in the UFC, but the rest of his record is not so bad, so he could have just gotten caught--which can happen easier at heavy weight.

I like Mitrione's stand up, but I have not seen much of his ground game. Everyone keeps saying Mitrione will cruise to victory on this one, but I am not so sure.

meatheads attitude on tuf put me off him. and if the heavyweight division didn't need new blood so badly half of the tuf10 alumni wouldn't be there.

and i don't see this super athlete either, 6 minutes with marcus and he looked like he was on his last legs running on empty, that ko could not have come at a better time
