That's right, LowKick'ers!

Submit your picks for this weekend's UFC 132: Cruz vs. Faber event at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, to win a FREE COPY of Anderson Silva's book - MMA Instruction Manual The Muay Thai Clinch, Takedowns, Takedown Defense, and Ground Fighting (co-author: Glen Cordoza).

Anderson Silva is widely considered as the best Pound-for-Pound MMA fighter on the planet, but that's not the only reason why his book is a great buy for every MMA fan out there.

I had an opportunity to read this book, and let me tell you one thing LowKick'ers - this is by far the best MMA instructional I've read in a very long time. Largerly in part to straght-to-the-point explainations, and color pictures that are used to demonstate every single one of techniques in the book. The book is easy to enjoy for both casual MMA fans and aspiring professionals. I highly recommend it to anyone searching for a top quality MMA instructional.

Anderson Silva's MMA Instruction Manual is simply a great read for anyone who loves Mixed Martial Arts and wants to know more about one of the dominant fighters in the history of this sport. FIVE STARS from LowKick.com Chief Editor.

The book can be purchased through Amazon, as well as other book retailers.

Feel free to submit your picks through the events section. The winner will be announced shortly after the conclusion of this Saturday's fight card.

Good Luck!

Why is anderson teaching us TD defense? I hope that book has something on one of your flying squirrel head kicks Anderson or are you saving all the good stuff for yourself?

Dont worry he just wanted to show he actually knows TD defense. The rest of the book was written by Steven Seagal with a few tips by Chuck Norris. So you'll get the good stuff lol
