Stephan "The American Psycho" Bonnar (14-7) spoke with MMA H.E.A.T.'s Karyn Bryant, backstage at UFC 146. Bonnar talks about his training with Carlson Gracie, Sr. and future opponents he would like to face before his official retirement.

Bonnar said: "I feel I have a few of years left in me and would like to go out in a blaze of glory and fight the guys I really want to fight: Nogueira, Forrest, and a Rampage fight. He'll be on the shelf for about 9 months and I would like to be his last fight. He always said I would be an easy fight, so he's got nothing to lose."

This would be a fun fight if it happens. At least Rampage won't be able to whine about being matched up against a wrestler.

Come on Dog...you are doing very well so you should ask to fight someone that matters.

A motivated Rampage would Ko Bonnar. The problem is I don't think Rampage could get motivated to fight a top twenty guy.

I dunno if he'd win, but it would definitely be close. I'd favor him, though. That's for sure.

Bonnar is doing good right now but a legend like Rampage needs to go out on a bigger fight, like Shogun etc.

I agree. His BJJ's really strong, and I think Bonnar is tough and crazy enough to eat a slam in order to hold onto a triangle
