Haha! Yea, that's why I try to tell people not to respond to the spam posts. It doesn't really help the matter and then things like this happen where it looks like you are talking to someone you weren't or, in ur case, you appear to be speaking to no one at all.

I've liked Roy from the first day I saw him. Not only is he a sold / great fighter, but he's also a very nice and humble guy. I will be pulling for Frank, simply because I've been an FM fan for a long time and think Frank has a better shot at the title.

Either way though, I wish Roy all the best in the up-coming bout and it's always nice to see to "friends" who have no problem beating on each other, when offered a fight (between friends).

The mullet - truly Roy is the only one that could pull that hair off and make it (look) cool. It's one thing I like about Roy, he doesn't take stupid stuff seriously, he has some fun with everything (including his hair) and has a great sense of humor.

At the end-of-the-day - how can you not like a guy who, one, doesn't care what anyone thinks and two, a guy who turned the living-room of his house into a training area.

I feel the same way. Pulling for Mir but love Big Country. I cheer for him every chance I get. Living in OK I see a bunch of him around haha.

I like Roy, but I can't stand the interviewer. She always puts on massively over the top fake laughs and smiles and it looks awkward.

on the ground its anyones game, standing all mir has to do is avoid the powerhand, circle to the left and pick him apart technically, i would love a groundwar but don't think thats what frank should be doing in his best interests
