I disagree there. Brock is a one trick pony and he isn't even the top dog at that trick but he is good. So far we have seen some really good stand up from JDS but we haven't seen him on the ground. I don't see him going an entire round with Lesner without getting taken down. If he can get a really quick KO he will win. If not he will end up on his back. At that point he is going to need BJJ that is superior to Brock's wrestling. Without knowing where JDS's BJJ is, it seems to me that a fight between him and Brock could go either way. Mir rocked Brock and still got smothered. I think it takes someone with really superior wrestling to do what Cain and Carwin did to Brock. JDS will have to win in a slightly different way.
but the thing is, every round begins on the feet. even if brock were to get jds down in the 1st, if he can't finish him in that round then he'll have to avoid the elite striking of dos santos once more in a frantic attempt to get the fight to the ground at the start of the second and so forth.
Brock also has had to drop some weight because of his intestinal illness having changed his diet. Much like Nelson, he was really good at bringing that weight to bear in order to pin people once he had them on the ground. I think we'll need one more fight between Brock and someone with a good ground game in order to see whether his ground control was mostly due to him weighing everyone down. Cain seemed to get back to his feet pretty easily.
As much as some people don't want to see it yet, the perfect fight to test that would be Lesnar v Mir III. Last time Lesnar was able to keep Mir totally immobilized in half guard and just crush him there. If he can't do it anymore, he might have just been relying on those extra pounds.
He is pretty good at using it when he gets to the ground though. Have you ever had an overweight guy pin you down in mounted crucifix? It really, really sucks.

I think JDS knocked some screws loose in Big Country's head
michael moore?
True colors are out... The first 27 seconds of this interview reveals both these cats sexuality. LOL.
its funny how roy nelson has more cardio than cawin
"If you know I hate ya, I'll let you know...".....wtf!!!???
America is one messy country....gun culture retardedness.
@AntonG
ufc 131 (JUNE 11TH) is in Vancouver not in Toronto
I HIGHLY doubt you can put Michael Moore's brain next to Big Countries. LOL!
One day some crazy guy is gonna enter one of these gun stores and shoot everybody inside, that will be pretty ironic.
Yikes!, thoughts like that need attending too.
I take that as a compliment from a guy called evil ways hehe.
For all the weakers, i am not saying it should happen but it would be ironic since apparently its ok to let anybody fire guns in america.
hmmm...the last sentece sounded like Roy is one of the coaches in JDS's team
or Brock's
Roy's trying to put himself out there with this silly conspiracy theory. Does he think he can drive the ratings?
That broad at the end is pretty hot.
Roy is beginning to act more and more like he did when he was a contestant on TUF...
If Roy Nelson fought and beat Cain Velásquez I think I might stop paying attention to the UFC's HW division until some new faces came along.
i think if lesnar were to somehow beat jds, that'd be enough to do it for me

Here's a theory, lose some weight. Then you might be more marketable, and it might even help you win fights.
Why does Roy Nelson play Basketball in dress socks?
Yeah, he IS hungry.
im so annoyed because he 's fat and i know that he cant reach hes full potential with that huge belly

yes i have not so nice lol. but you know what i mean he cant be fast as possibly
BE LIKE WAT TAR, My Phriend, BE LIKE ROY NELSON....
