Former UFC Middleweight Champion Rich "Ace" Franklin currently recovers from shoulder injury, suffered during his preparations for the fight with Antonio Rogerio Nogueira at UFC 133. Thirty-seven year old Franklin is expected to return sometime during mid-2012, with sights on getting himself back on track in the UFC Light Heavyweight division. its really cool to get an inside look at super athletes life. I like how Rich let us participate in his rehab. It gives me motivation an stay focused on correct training, cause a shoulder injury is really serious, as we can see here. So thanks for sharing.

Imagine Cain doing this now, see we all have seen the process. Now picture doing that, then hyping a big heavyweight fight against a tough dude and then show up.

Cain is still the Champ imo.
