Former UFC Welterweight Champion Matt Serra will rematch the fellow TUF 4 participant Chris Lytle at UFC 119, on September 25 in Indianapolis.

MMA Junkie reports that a sources close to the promotion that the both fighters “positively” agreed for the match-up, as the contract between the two is expected to be signed anytime soon.

The last encounter between the two took place in 2006 at the TUF 4 Finale, where Serra defeated Lytle via Split Decision and earned an immediate title shot against Georges Rush St.Pierre. Matt Serra managed to upset GSP at UFC 69, but eventually lost his title in an immediate rematch at UFC 83.

The fight will take place at the famous Conseco Fieldhouse, with another rematch between Frank Mir and Minotauro Nogueira as a headliner. UFC 119 will be the first trip to Indiana in the promotion’s history.

People always say Serra has great BJJ. But he hasn't submitted anyone in over 8 years. Admittedly, he also hasn't been submitted either, so maybe he uses his BJJ as defence and goes for the KO. But even so, I would be very very suprised if Serra managed to submit Lytle. And I think on the feet, Lytle will take it.

If Mir doesn't win this one it will be bad for him - 3 straight. I hope he can get psyched for it.
