Rashad Evans documents the ups and downs ahead of his rematch with Tito OrtizPosted on July 18, 2011, 07:55 PM by Joey Santosus
Top Light Heavyweight contender Rashad Evans, who will square off with the recently resurgent Tito Ortiz at UFC 133, documents the ups and downs of his training and preparation for the bout. Evans learns that he will face Lyoto Machida after an injury forced his initial opponent, Phil Davis, to withdraw from the card, only to then be informed that "The Dragon" has also backed out. Once the dust finally settles on the situation, "The Huntington Beach Bad Boy" steps up to fill the vacancy.
UFC 133 is set to take place August 6th from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Evans vs. Ortiz II will headline the stacked card, while former Middleweight title contender Vitor Belfort goes head to head with Yoshihiro Akiyama in the co-main event. Photo: Francis Specker
