“Suga” Rashad Evans is currently in the UK for UFC 138WHOATV caught up with the former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion in the days before the Chris Leben versus Mark Munoz fight card and spoke to Evans on a variety of topics, one of which, of course, was current Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones

Evans pulled no punches when talking about Jones, "What happened between us, it’s all gonna play out, so it’s not so much about, it’s about like stealing your moment, that’s something a child would say, like I bust into the cage and security had to stop me and then I jumped on the mic and grabbed it from Joe Rogan. The UFC told me to go in there, idiot. What are you talking about I stole your moment? Don’t get mad at me, get mad at Dana White.” – for more visit WHOATV.net

LOL! Look at how popular your post is for saying something so foolish and inaccurate about the champion in one of the toughest divisions and probably the brightest future in MMA!

yeh then machida went on to get destroyed by shogun, who in turn got destroyed by jones. machida vs jones is going to be sick, but with that being said, it's rashad's time real soon.

Of course they are. Rashad is one of the best in the bizz at hyping a fight. Unless there happens to be an immediate rematch planned for the future, expect them to be friends again.

Yeah I never understood why Jones said that. He was planned twice in a row to face him so the UFC put him in there after the fight. That is usually how it goes after a title fight.

I have personally always liked Rashad and also Jones. But i'm curious to see who people are going to hate more, Rashad or Jones, since they are both always hated by most fans, which i think is a shame.

I don't know who to root for, i just wanna see a great fight, but i think unfortunately Jones is gonna destroy Evans....

Sounds like someone already needs a therapist.

At first, I didn't get what Jones meant. And Rashad is right, the UFC told him to be there.

But I think Jones point is, here I am, trying to savor winning/defending the belt, but each time, Mr. Negative Energy ends up getting a title shot and in the ring with me.

If Machida goes toe to toe with him and it comes down to a decsion where jones wins or finishes Machida....Evans better start to sweat because Lyoto KHTFO in round to giving him one of the nastiest KO in UFC history and dubbing him the "stanky leg" King....

Why? Rashad took rampage down more then Jones did. Rampage was probably more prepared but just saying. Plus Jones has to face Machida, Rashad might just be facing him for the title. Sick of everyone expecting him to blow through everyone. There are holes in his game and can be exposed just like everyone else.

I personally think that the reach, versitile stiking ability, and all around creativity will prove to be the difference for Jon Jones to secure a victory over Rashad Evans. I think it will be strictly a striking match both guys have good wrestling but for Rashaad its a pick your poison situation. Does he take his chances on his feet where he is quick and has good footwork, or on the ground where Jones has BRUTAL ground and pound. (ask Vera and Hammil).

All that being said, Jones has to get by an elusive and very capable former Champion in Machida with great striking. Jones chin hasn't been tested yet, so it won't surprise me if he gets upset in that fight.

I'm just tired of both of them putting the cart before the horse. Should Machida win would Evans still fight Jones or go after the belt? Handle the business at hand before setting up a fight that might not happen for quite a while if Jones looses.

Very true man....That is exactly what needs to happen. Stop looking two fights down the road you need to focus on the guy standing across from you first this is MMA and ANYTHING is possible! You never know how the fight will turn out it only takes a sec to end a fight or just one wrong step and get caught.
