Randy has done a lot for the sport and no one would blame him for retiring. At 47 years old it's hard to keep up the tough training regimens.

No kidding, can't blame him for wanting to retire. I know this is not going to happen and wouldn't make that much sense really for the UFC but it'd be nice to give him one more title shot then he can call it a career or even better retire a champion because on any given day I think Couture could still beat anyone in the 205 division.

Randy is a Legend, he hasn't much more to prove really

even still competing at that level at his age is an accomplishment in itself he's the most decorated UFC champion in history

i would still love to see him fight again though, I would respect his choice if he does decide to retire though........

Come on Randy one more title run :)

I think its the perfect time to retire.

He has proved everything that he is

He help make this sport shine for years

    A 5time champ, what a great career

    He is getting really old

And he came off a win proving that boxing is lame and MMA is king.

Why not open a division based on age - Masters Division 50+? Ok bad idea, but it would be cool to see Couture reigning champion at 60.

Could you imagine an arena packed with old people to see the fights? The vendors would be handing out prunes and glasses of weak tea. That would be awesome !!! Make it happen Dana !!!
