the most 'pointless' fights are fights like couture-machida, if couture was to win and then retire
any time someone says they're done 'just 1 more fight', like crocop, that's a 'pointless' fight
the point of putting on a winstreak = getting a titleshot, if you know they're quitting after the fight, it becomes irrelevant, and people only watch it because they're fans

I wouldnt miss any of the fights that were listed above and in the comments, to me there is no pointless fight
Can you honestly say you saw the Choi/Cansenco fight and thought to yourself "Yeah, that makes sense."
Has to be Fedor vs Zulu. The p4p #1 fighter in the world (at the time) against.... some fat guy with little or no fighting skills.
